Storage Asset Management (SAM), a self-storage management and consulting company, announced that 252 of its managed facilities have received the Reputation 800 Award from Reputation, a software-as-a-service platform that helps companies manage their online reputation. This accolade is presented to businesses that achieve high marks in customer experience and engagement, according to a press release.
The award recognizes businesses across various industries for their consistent efforts in collecting, analyzing and acting on consumer feedback. Winners have achieved a Reputation Score of 800 or more by excelling in review sentiment, social engagement, business-listing accuracy and responsiveness, the release stated.
Since its inception in 2021, the 800 Award has recognized more than 15,000 businesses. SAM-managed stores have been acknowledged for their commitment to improving customer interactions and service quality through data-driven decisions, the release said.
