Do-Rite Self Storage of Chelmsford, Ontario, Canada, is hosting a Halloween “Spooktacular” fundraiser for multiple local causes on Friday. The event at 4683 Regional Road 15, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., will offer free goodie bags for the first 350 children and a fright walk to get in the spirit of the evening. There will also be photo booths and a "little goblin walk" for the youngest guests, according to a source.
“Leading up to and including the night of the event, we are accepting donations and are proud to support the Rayside-Balfour Youth Centre and The Dowling Youth Centre. We are also collecting non-perishable food items for the Falls Food Bank,” a company representative told the source.
Based in Dowling, Ontario, Dowling Youth Centre provides a safe and supervised facility for youth to engage in educational programs and leisure activities, which encourages the growth of positive self-esteem while assisting them in creating positive friendships.
