RedBox Storage Ltd., which operates seven self-storage facilities in Hong Kong, received the “2025 Quality Service Retailer of the Year – Storage Service Category” award from the Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA). It recognizes outstanding achievements across various retail categories, according to its website.
More than 270 winners were named in multiple retail sectors, recognizing excellence in service quality, innovation and customer-centric approaches. They were honored during the annual HKRMA dinner and awards-presentation ceremony, which took place Jan. 27 in Hong Kong. It was attended by more than 900 professionals from the retail and wholesale sectors.
RedBox operates self-storage facilities in Chai Wan, Sai Wan, Sha Tin, Tsuen Wan, Tuen Mun and Yau Tong. It was acquired by global investment firm Brookfield Asset Management in 2022.
Established in 1983, HKRMA serves as a platform for advancing the interests of the retail sector. It provides training programs, advocacy and networking opportunities to support the development of retail professionals and businesses.
