Janus International Group Inc., a global manufacturer and supplier of building solutions and access-control technology for the self-storage industry, has launched an updated Nokē Web Portal for multi-facility operators. The new platform was designed to simplify navigation, streamline operations and deliver an intuitive experience for customers who use Nokē Smart Entry products, according to a press release.
The refreshed portal gives self-storage operators the ability to manage multiple locations at once from the “My Facilities” page. Users can also access important events for each property from the “Facility Details” screen. Additional product highlights include enhanced enterprise dashboards and the ability to view key functions across multiple properties with a single click, the release stated. It also offers global notifications for an entire portfolio in one place.
“We’re excited to announce the launch of our redesigned Nokē Web Portal,” said Jason Mathew, general manager of Nokē. “This update makes it easier and faster for our customers to manage their facilities. At Janus, we’re committed to delivering scalable, intuitive solutions for our customers. The new Nokē Web Portal is another step forward in our ongoing commitment to innovation and quality.”
