TJO 10x10 Management, a third-party management service operated by real estate firm The Jenkins Organization Inc., has launched a website to promote the services it offers to the outdoor-hospitality and self-storage sectors. The site outlines TJO’s approach to operations including employee training and development, revenue management, customer experience, local and digital marketing, and performance-driven strategies, according to a press release.
TJO was established as a division of Jenkins in 2000, though it’s been active in the self-storage industry since 1994. This month, it announced its expansion into RV resorts.
“Our self-storage business has been built over decades with a disciplined, owner-focused approach,” said Troy Sheppard, chief operating officer of TJO. “This website provides owners with a clear look at our experience, our management philosophy and the operational systems that support consistent performance.”

TJO operates Premium Spaces, which has 58 self-storage facilities in South Carolina and Texas. It also oversees a portfolio of RV resorts and campgrounds through the Great Escapes RV Resorts brand.
Founded in 1989 and based in Houston, Jenkins owns and manages a portfolio of more than 70 self-storage properties comprising 4.5 million square feet in five states. It provides expertise in facility acquisition and disposition, development, management, and ownership.
