XPS Solutions, which offers call-center services and sales support to self-storage businesses, has integrated its MyStorPal tenant-facing mobile app with QuikStor self-storage management software. The partnership aims to simplify technology ecosystems and empower facility operators with tools that work seamlessly together, according to a press release.
XPS call center and remote-management teams will gain real-time access to facility data within QuikStor’s software including tenant records, unit availability, pricing and promotions. This connectivity will allow XPS agents to respond to tenant needs with accuracy and speed, supporting rentals, service requests and inquiries, the release stated.
“For more than two decades, XPS has focused on helping operators leverage technology in ways that directly improve performance at the property level,” said XPS CEO John Traver. “Our enhanced integration with QuikStor reinforces that mission by creating a more connected environment where systems, people and processes work together seamlessly.”
