The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC), which specializes in self-storage brokerage, construction and management and operates the iStorage and Moove In Self Storage brands, has appointed Amanda Leland as senior human resources (HR) payroll generalist. She’ll manage multi-state payroll operations and support recruiting and HR initiatives across the company’s portfolio, according to a press release.
Leland has more than 10 years of experience in payroll and HR, supporting employees across complex pay structures. Most recently, she served as a senior payroll specialist for PAM Health, a national network of long-term acute-care and rehabilitation hospitals, where she managed payroll for multiple groups. Her background also includes developing training and documentation to improve payroll efficiency, as well as supporting recruitment, employee relations and day-to-day HR administration, the release stated.
