Ideal Partners Group LLC, which offers construction-management and other services to the self-storage industry, is joining forces with M Bar C Construction, a national provider of vehicle-storage canopies and carports, to better support developers and owners of vehicle-storage facilities. The collaboration will strengthen the companies’ ability to assist with site layout and design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of traditional steel canopies, solar-ready structures and other types of boat/RV storage.
As part of the partnership, Ideal Managers Paul Cerejo and Joven Cuenco will work as sales representatives for M Bar C to serve the self-storage industry exclusively. Cerejo has more than 35 years of experience in construction. He’s managed multi-million-dollar projects in the commercial, government and residential sectors. With more than 35 years of experience in construction and facility management, Cuenco has spearheaded design and sales for boat/RV and solar installations nationwide. He’s completed more than 500 projects, including 14 million square feet of solar carports and 350 million square feet of boat/RV storage.

“Paul and Joven bring deep expertise in RV, boat and storage-canopy systems as well as in large-scale carport installations and strategic canopy solutions. They know the space, speak the language and deliver results, and are now backed by M Bar C’s 50-year legacy of carport installation, expertly trained in-house crews and coast-to-coast quality,” according to a statement on M Bar’s LinkedIn page.
Founded in 2009, Ideal is headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. In addition to construction management, it provides project consulting, design and planning.
Established in 2005 and based in San Marcos, California, M Bar offers design, engineering, fabrication installation and site layout. The company is family-owned and -operated.
