Self-storage management firms Anytime Storage Property Management (ASPM) and The Storage Manager (TSM) have merged. Moving forward, all properties managed by both companies will be serviced by ASPM, according to a LinkedIn post by ASPM.
Specializing in remote facility management, TSM was launched in 2020 by Diane and Gary Edmonds, a married couple. At the time of the merger, the company managed 41 self-storage properties across 13 states. The portfolio comprises 1.2 million square feet in 7,145 units.
Gary Edmonds is also CEO of Cedar Creek Creations LLC, which specializes in self-storage development, management and ownership. He and Diane transitioned their focus to self-storage in 2000. They personally own five facilities in Illinois, Missouri and Wisconsin.
“This partnership brings together decades of industry experience, a shared focus on service and integrity, and a vision for smarter, more innovative operations,” ASPM wrote in its post. “We’re honored to carry forward the legacy built by Gary Edmonds and Diane Edmonds, and look forward to expanding our impact alongside our growing team.”
