Self-storage door and building manufacturer Trac-Rite Door Inc., a division of Trachte Building Systems Inc., has named Jeff Lloyd as southwest regional sales manager. He’ll oversee sales in Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and Utah, according to a press release.
Lloyd has more than 30 years of sales experience, including more than a decade in the self-storage industry. His background also includes manufacturing, construction and project management. He worked for Janus International Group from 2017 to 2024, most recently as general manager of manufacturing, the release stated.
“We are thrilled to welcome Jeff Lloyd to the Trac-Rite team,” said Kellen Anderson, director of sales for Trac-Rite. “His deep industry knowledge and well-established relationships in the region will strengthen our ability to support customers across the Southwest. Jeff’s experience and commitment to excellence align perfectly with our mission to deliver superior products and service.”

Founded in 1981, Sun Prairie, Wisconsin-based Trac-Rite provides roll-up doors, hallway systems and metal-fabrication capabilities for the self-storage and boat/RV-storage industries. It has a door-production facility in Vernon, Alabama.
