OpenTech Alliance Inc., a Phoenix-based provider of kiosks, call-center services and other technology for the self-storage industry, has hired Jessica Moore as director and Neve Harris as customer-success manager to strengthen local support for its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) customers. Together, they’ll serve as a dedicated team focused on building strong partnerships, supporting implementations and helping self-storage operators maximize value from the company’s products, according to a press release.
Moore will work with OpenTech clients to improve their self-storage site visibility, security and overall tenant experience. She’ll also ensure the company’s products are implemented in ways that align with real-world facility operations, the release stated.
Moore has experience as district manager for real estate investment trust Public Storage Inc. and its European affiliate, Shurgard Self Storage Ltd., in London. Her background spans day-to-day operations, the customer experience and modernizing facilities with new technology.

“Having spent my career on the operator side, I understand how critical it is that technology reduces friction rather than adds to it,” Moore said. “My goal is to help operators across EMEA use OpenTech’s solutions to support their teams, earn tenant trust and integrate seamlessly into their operations, while building long-term partnerships that deliver real operational value and scale naturally as their business grows.”
Harris most recently served as a business-development manager for PC Contracting Ltd., a refurbishment company established in 2001. She was also a sales manager for Securus UK Ltd., a security company based in Surrey, England.
“For the past several years, we’ve been investing alongside self-storage operators across EMEA, listening closely to how their businesses are evolving and where technology can make a real difference,” said Kristi Adams, chief revenue officer for OpenTech. “As operators scale and modernize, they need partners who understand the realities of running a facility. With Jessica and Neve, we’re expanding our regional leadership to ensure customers have access to both operational expertise and hands-on support as they deploy and grow with OpenTech solutions.”
OpenTech specializes in smart-connected technology solutions. Its products and services include the Insomniac line of kiosks as well as call-center solutions and access-control systems. It also owns self-storage online-auction companies iBid4Storage.com, SelfStorageAuction.com and StorageTreasures.
