Superior Capital Advisors, a commercial real estate company that provides investment sales and advisory services for commercial real estate, has hired Kenneth DeVaul as a sales investment broker to serve the company’s self-storage clients in the Southeast, according to a press release.
DeVaul has seven years of experience in the self-storage industry. He previously served as vice president of business development for 1031 Specialists, a qualified intermediary that educates real estate investors on 1031-tax exchanges. He specializes in exchange timelines and processes, and tax-deferred strategies, the release stated.
