Toy Storage Nation (TSN), an organization providing education on all aspects of the boat/RV-storage business, has renamed and refocused the full-day working it’ll present during the 2026 Inside Self-Storage World Expo, April 7-10, at Caesars Forum Conference Center in Las Vegas. Now titled “Storage Redefined Masterclass,” the event is also being offered at an early-bird discount of $750, down from $1,395, through Feb. 13.
Designed for developers, investors and facility-operations leaders seeking to master high-growth, specialized real estate assets beyond traditional self-storage, Masterclass will take place 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, April 10. Attendees will gain insight to acquiring, developing and operating boat/RV storage facilities, commercial truck parking, flex space, and marinas and wet/dry slips.
The workshop also includes lunch, a facility tour, roundtables and a Q&A with an expert panel. As a special partnership offering, it’s available as an add-on offering to any of the four ISS World Expo registration packages.
