Truck Parking Club, which offers an online marketplace that helps commercial truck drivers find and reserve parking spaces at various types of properties, including self-storage facilities, has reached 4,000 member locations across 49 states. It aims to reach 10,000 by the end of the year, according to the source.
The marketplace offers more than 66,000 reservable truck-parking spaces, aiming to address a national shortage of 1.7 million spaces that costs the trucking industry more than $100 billion annually, the source reported. It has signed with 92 of the top 100 U.S. truck carriers and ranked No. 24 on the “2026 FreightTech 25” list produced by FreightWaves, a media brand focused on the global supply chain, transportation and logistics. The list honors innovative companies in transportation and logistics each year.
In its effort to grow the platform, Truck Parking Club employees attended more than 70 tradeshows in 2025 and seven so far this year to expand its network of customers.

“That could be a storage company or a repair shop or a trucking company or a warehouse,” said Reed Loustalot, chief marketing officer for Truck Parking Club. “It’s a shotgun [approach] because it’s literally how wide our market is. And if we’re serious about adding 6,000 locations in 11 months, we have to cast as wide a net as possible while maintaining a high bar for quality and thoroughly vetting what we actually onboard to the app.”
Founded in 2022 by real estate developer Evan Shelley, Truck Parking Club connects truck drivers with underutilized parking spaces across the U.S. For its property members, including self-storage operators, it provides onboarding, customer-service and quality-control services.
