About the presenters:

Angie Guerin is an executive vice president for MakoRabco and its Rabco subsidiary. With more than 20 years of experience in providing self-storage developers with construction solutions, she has strong negotiating skills, a focused customer-service approach, and a depth of industry-specific knowledge and relationships. Having worked at MakoRabco for more than 12 years and with industry developers for more than two decades, Angie leads the company’s business-development initiatives and mentors a team of regional sales managers and representatives.

Jeremy Maynard is an executive vice president for MakoRabco and its Rabco subsidiary. With more than 25 years of tenured background in the construction field, he has a comprehensive understanding of self-storage and uses this knowledge to take a proactive approach to projects, seeing potential issues before they emerge. He came to MakoRabco from Perlo Construction, where he built an impressive portfolio consisting of more than 26 storage facilities totaling 3-plus million square feet.

Ryan Lorenzini is a director of The Claremont Companies LLC, where he’s responsible for all analytical undertakings as well as business development, marketing, and generally furthering the company’s strategic vision and growth. His work includes building long-lasting relationships with company friends and partners, deal-sourcing, acquisitions, due diligence, predevelopment, governmental relations and finance. He also oversees Claremont’s self-storage and multi-family holdings, which currently encompass approximately 500,000 square feet of storage space and 250 residential rental units.
