White Label Storage, which offers third-party management and other services to the self-storage industry, has launched an analytics dashboard that provides facility operators with a centralized view of marketing and operational performance across multiple facilities. It’s currently in beta release to select clients, with a broad rollout scheduled for later this year, according to a press release.
The dashboard aggregates insights from platforms like Google Ads, StoreEdge, SpareFoot, Zendesk, and other operational and marketing tools. It includes facility-level details on numerous self-storage performance categories such as occupancy, rental rates, delinquency trends, marketing spend, onboarding status, call-pickup performance during business hours and more. It complements White Label’s existing technology platforms, the release stated.
“By working closely with operators across the U.S., White Label Storage identified a gap in how owners understand and evaluate facility performance when insights are distributed across multiple systems. The portfolio dashboard was developed to close that gap by bringing critical data together in a way that reflects how owners and operators actually assess their business,” according to the release.

In addition to third-party management, White Label provides an in-house call center as well as marketing and revenue-management services. It was cofounded in 2022 by Alex Hartman and Peter Smyth, who launched Local Locker Storage in 2018, which operates more than 50 locations nationwide.
