XPS Solutions, which offers call-center services and sales support to self-storage businesses, has released the MyStorPal Property Manager mobile app to help facility operators streamline daily tasks, improve accountability and connect onsite execution to the tenant experience in real time. It can be used as a standalone tool without committing to the company’s call-center or remote-management services, according to a press release.
Key capabilities of the new app include:
Access tenant information, unit status, payment history and occupancy data in a single view
Log facility walk-throughs and property condition
Monitor facility metrics including occupancy, payments, revenue and call activity
Set recurring reminders for facility-maintenance tasks
Convert customer-service and property issues into actionable tasks and assign them to team members via text

“Managers, onsite and remote, are being asked to do more with fewer onsite resources," said Andy Stavros, executive vice president. “MyStorPal Property Manager gives them real-time visibility and control over what’s happening at their facilities while keeping tenant experience at the center of every workflow.”
XPS released the latest version of its tenant-facing MyStorPal app in May 2025. Designed for facility customers rather than operators, that tool features account-management and payment capabilities, tools for reporting customer-service issues, space to store unit photos and details, a form to initiate a move-out request and more.
Established in 2000 and based in Richardson, Texas, XPS provides digital sales and marketing support for the self-storage industry. Services include digital call recording, lead tracking, web-chat support and hosting, search engine optimization, data analysis and more.
