MakoRabco, a nationwide supplier of buildings and construction-related services for the boat/RV-storage and self-storage industries, is now offering portable-storage units. The product gives facility developers and owners an adaptable way to add rentable space and respond to changing property needs without committing to permanent construction, according to a press release.

Portable-storage units can be installed at existing storage facilities or new developments and relocated or reconfigured as a property evolves. The flexibility allows operators to increase capacity, make use of underutilized areas of a site, or adjust unit mix while maintaining long-term development plans, the release stated.

“Every storage property operates a little differently, and expansion isn’t always a one-size-fits-all decision,” said Angie Guerin, executive vice president. “Portable-storage units give our clients another practical option. They can add space where they need it and adapt as demand changes while still working within their overall site strategy.”
